Senior Software Engineer
- Build new systems with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / C# / WCF Web Services / WCF Data Services.
- Develop new functionality on our existing software products.
- Mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations.
- Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
- Participation in knowledge sharing session about the product to team and encourage the team members to know how about product/solution
- Implementation & rollout enterprise solutions around products
- Keep the team and company knowledgebase updated about the new technologies in market
- Active participation in conceptualization of new product enhancements
- Active participation in Proof of concepts
- Active participation during requirement collection & analysis
- All other responsibilities as assigned
- Three(+) years experience as Software Engineer.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPS)
- Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2013, C#, ASP.NET,ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET,SQL Server
- Strong experience designing and working with SQL Server
- Experience with JQuery or similar technologies.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Diploma/Bachelor/Masters.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Business Development Executives
- Reports to Sales Manager
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in a designated region (India). This includes weekly & quarterly forecasting to Sales Manager.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products / offerings, competitive products and technologies and industry trends.
- Create demand for revenue opportunities with focus on driving business to close.
- Work closely with Field Sales Rep. and designated partners/resellers within the designated region
- Develop new accounts in specific industry verticals - identify prospective customer's needs and develop innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements. Penetrate these accounts at the highest possible C level executive.
- Work with and develop relationship for team selling with other internal sales/marketing people.
- Generate leads through product and area specific campaigns
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.
- Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills.
- Professional with excellent organizational, planning, communications, and problem solving skills.
- Reps would prospect over the phone, over the web & by email. Cold calling would be integral part of the job, Reps would be expected to make 40-50 cold calls in the given territory to prospect & generate leads for product/offering. They would be making calls into VP, CXO level executives.
- Any Graduate preferably MBA
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of General IT Landscape
- 1-2 years of experience is preferred but not mandatory
